Steve Austin remains one of the greatest pro wrestlers of all time. As a result, his seal of approval carries a lot of weight when given out.
During a recent interview with Bleacher Report, Steve Austin said that WWE stars Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair are destined for greatness. Here is the quote:
“I haven’t been tuning in a whole lot because I have a whole lot going on in my personal life, but just from watching the Royal Rumble, I think those last two women—Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair—I think those two are destined for greatness. They still need reps, they still need to learn, but those two have the size, presence, looks, ability to be major, major stars, so we’ll see what the future holds for them.”
Both Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair are currently set for major championship matches at WrestleMania 37. Belair won the Women’s Royal Rumble match and will challenge Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.
Meanwhile, Ripley recently made her Raw debut where she challenged Raw Women’s Champion Asuka to a match at WrestleMania.
