Wrestle League Ts & Cs

What is Wrestle League?

Wrestle League is our unique wrestling predictions platform, in which fans can predict the outcome of PPV matches. Predictions forms will be uploaded the week prior to a show, and an email will be sent out to all players to inform them the predictions form is live.

At the end of the show, the results of the matches will be inputted into Wrestle League, and players will receive their scores.

At the end of a season, the player with the highest score will be declared the winner.

Scoring

Correctly predicting the result of a non-title match will earn 1 point. Correctly predicting a title match will earn 2 points. Some matches, like the Royal Rumble match, are worth more points, and this will be specified at the time.

Disqualifications count just as much as clean wins.

If there is a dispute regarding the result of a match, the WrestleTalk decision will be final.

Joker Picks

You must select one match as your “Joker” pick for every show. A joker pick doubles the points for that match. So, a non-title match is worth 2 points, and a title match is worth 4 points.

However, Joker picks are also a risk, as if you make a match your joker pick and get the result wrong, you will lose the points you would have gained.

No-Contest/Double DQ

In the case of a match being declared a no-contest or if there is a double-disqualification, the match will be considered null and void, and no points will be awarded.

Seasons

There are four seasons in every calendar year, and they run between WWE’s big four shows.

Spring Season: Royal Rumble to WrestleMania
Summer Season: WrestleMania to SummerSlam
Fall Season: SummerSlam to Survivor Series
Winter Season: Survivor Series to Royal Rumble

Deadlines

The deadline for predicting will generally be one hour before the start of a PPV’s pre-show, and any predictions made after this will not be counted.

Prizes

The top three players at the end of each season will win the following prizes.

1st Place – $250 Amazon Vouchers
2nd Place – $100 Amazon Vouchers
3rd Place – $50 Amazon Vouchers

Tie-Breaker

In the case of multiple people tying for 1st place at the end of a season, a tie-breaker question will decide the winner.

For the final show of each season, players will be asked a tie-breaker question, and the closest to the correct answer will be considered the winner.

WrestleTalk Staff

While WrestleTalk staff members will also be playing, they are not eligible to win the prizes if they place in the top 3.

Accounts

You must only have one Wrestle League account. If a user is found to be using multiple accounts, their predictions will be seen as null and void.

By signing up to Wrestle League, you agree to having your username displayed publicly. Your username can be displayed on the Wrestle League leaderboard, YouTube videos, the WrestleTalk website, in mailing lists and all other WrestleTalk owned products.
