Last night on Dynamite, Luchasaurus and Jungle Boy teamed to take on The Butcher and The Blade in tag team action. While Allie accompanied Butcher and Blade to the ring, Marko Stunt was not at ringside to support his Jurassic Express stablemates.
Many people were unsure as to why Stunt was not at the show, but the AEW star actually announced ahead of time that he would be missing the 03/18 episode of Dynamite.
In a tweet that has since been deleted, Stunt revealed that he is feeling under the weather. Due to what is going on at the moment with the Coronavirus pandemic, Stunt decided to self-isolate and miss last night’s Dynamite.
“So, I originally wasn’t going to say anything, because everything is nuts right now, and I don’t want to alarm anyone.
After talking to my boss’ and lots of contemplation, I decided to stay home this week due to being under the weather. I’m ok though! No need to worry”
Just like the latest episodes of Raw and SmackDown, this week’s AEW was filmed without fans in Florida. The show was pretty jampacked though, featuring the AEW debuts of two former WWE stars, including a former Intercontinental Champion.
Everyone at WrestleTalk would like to wish Marko Stunt a speedy recovery, we hope to see him back in the ring before too long.
