A WWE star has revealed that they’re not planning on giving up wrestling but are interested in pursuits beyond the ring.
Carmella signed with WWE in 2013, allied with Enzo Amore and Big Cass/Colin Cassady in NXT before moving up to the main roster and becoming SmackDown Women’s Champion.
She would be drafted to WWE Raw in the 2021 draft, eventually teaming with Zelina Vega and going on to be WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.
An injury sustained in August 2022 would see her sidelined until her return in January on WWE Raw.
Although she is showing no signs of retiring any time soon, she recently revealed some outside interests she wants to pursue.
Speaking to Scott McGlynn of Celebrity Skin Talk, she said:
“I’m at a point now where I just want to have a good time and hopefully focus on something outside of WWE.
“I would love to do something like that because fashion has always been something that’s been such a big part of my life
“So if there’s a way I can kind of branch out and do something like that, that’s a long-term goal.”
The fashion line, as Carmella envisions it, could take the form of leisurewear with a collaboration through another company.
