A ‘weird’ edit was made to a top AEW star’s appearance between a recent AEW Dynamite and AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door on June 25, 2023.
Recently, Jon Moxley has been sporting a ‘Death Jitsu’ hoodie that embodies the “technical wrestling in violent ways” mentality of Blackpool Combat Club.
Bryan Danielson has described the Death Jitsu mindset while on commentary on AEW Dynamite.
The hoodie also features the motto “zero f**ks”, which is clearly also representative of the group.
Curiously, despite the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door show being quite a bloody and brutal affair, an edit was made to Jon Moxley’s hoodie as opposed to any of the visceral violence that was seen during the show.
A comparison image was shared on Twitter showing that, on AEW Dynamite, “zero f**ks” was perfectly acceptable, or at least, it wasn’t noticed.
However, the expletive was removed when it came to the pay-per-view presentation of AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
Moxley was on the losing side at Forbidden Door as he, Wheeler Yuta, Claudio Castagnoli, Shota Umino and Konosuke Takeshita were beaten by Tomohiro Ishii, Eddie Kingston, Adam Page and the Young Bucks in a 10-man tag match.
