Britt Baker has addressed Adam Cole’s friendship with MJF.
At AEW All In London, MJF will defend the AEW World Championship against Adam Cole in the main event. Ahead of their showdown, Better Than You Bay Bay will challenge Aussie Open for the ROH World Tag Team Titles on the Zero Hour pre-show.
The duo of Cole and Friedman have become one of the hottest things in all of wrestling over this summer.
However, Cole’s girlfriend Britt Baker doesn’t have the smoothest past with his new best friend. Baker and MJF have traded barbs online over the past few years.
In a new interview with DAZN, Baker addressed the current dynamic between Adam Cole and MJF ahead of AEW All In. Noting that Cole is too trusting, Britt said:
“I think one of Adam’s fatal flaws is that he’s too trusting.”
“He’s too optimistic, he’s sees the best in everything and everyone and that’s wonderful, I wish I was more like that, but you also have to be realistic and realize that there are giant pieces of shit out there that disguise themselves in a Burberry scarf.”
“On the other side, what a better way to get all the TV time in the world than to put yourself with MJF?”
“I’m very happy for him in that sense because MJF’s face is all over AEW, if that means that Adam’s face is all over AEW too, I support that but I just want him to have his guard up at all times.”
Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. will also compete at this Sunday’s AEW All In London when she challenges Hikaru Shida for the AEW Women’s World Championship in a four-way match also including Saraya and Toni Storm. For the full lineup for the show, click here.
