The debut match of a new WWE star has been officially announced ahead of their appearance in an upcoming tournament.
On this week’s episode of WWE NXT, the eight participants in the upcoming Men’s Breakout Tournament were revealed.
Among the participants were two new names that have yet to make their television debut, those being Keanu Carver (Kevin Robertson) and Dion Lennox (Andrzej Hughes-Murray).
Ahead of the tournament, the television debut of Dion Lennox has now been officially announced by the company.
Lennox’s match against Brooks Jensen, taped prior to this week’s NXT show, is set to air on tomorrow night’s (December 8) episode of NXT Level Up.
WWE’s preview of the match reads as followed:
The debuting Lennox is an athletic newcomer, and he’ll jump straight into the deep end when he tangles with the hard-hitting Jensen.
Jensen, a former NXT UK Tag Team Champion, has won his last three matches on NXT Level Up.
The other matches set for the show will see Edris Enofe and Malik Blade take on Drew Gulak and Charlie Dempsey, as well as Gigi Dolin taking on Jaida Parker.
The other participants in the NXT Men’s Breakout Tournament are Riley Osbourne, Tavion Heights, Luca Crusifino, Trey Bearhill, Myles Borne and Oba Femi, who have all made prior appearances on Level Up.
The start date for the Men’s Breakout Tournament has yet to be announced.
