AEW’s next signing may have been revealed with a wrestler being pulled from an upcoming appearance at short notice.
In a tweet yesterday (January 9) indy promotion First Wrestling announced that there would be a change to the card for their upcoming WrestlePalooza event this Saturday, January 13.
First Wrestling broke the news that The Bounty Hunter Bryan Keith has been pulled from the event, instead now solely competing in WrestlePalooza’s Sunday event the day after on January 14; where he will go one-on-one with AEW star Dante Martin.
First Wrestling’s tweet making the announcement, they spoke up the match as a significant “opportunity” for Keith, who they described as an “Elite star in the making” before closing with a hashtag for #SignBryanKeith.
The tweet read:
“Card subject to change” is typically reserved for injuries, travel issues, cancellations or no-shows.
In this case, it’s opportunity.
With our blessing, Bryan Keith will no longer be joining us Saturday, as he is an elite star in the making.

The announcement of Keith’s match with Martin was actually made on December 31, and did not appear to hinder his plans to appear on the Saturday show, however, something now seems to have changed.
So, while nothing has been confirmed yet, perhaps AEW may have plans for him on January 13, with Collision from Norfolk, VA taking place the same night.
Keith is no stranger to AEW TV, appearing multiple times over the last month on ROH TV, Dynamite, Collision and even during the Zero Hour of the Worlds End pay-per-view.
