To open tonight’s AEW Collision, a “proving ground” match between the AEW Continental Crown Champion Eddie Kingston and the ‘Bounty Hunter’ Bryan Keith.
It was ultimately be Kingston who picked up the victory over Keith, but that isn’t where the story ends.
After the match, Tony Schiavone joined the pair in the ring to make a big announcement.
Schiavone revealed that the ‘Bounty Hunter’ Bryan Keith was officially ‘All Elite’ and revealed the official graphic on the tron.
Before Kingston left the ring, the ‘American Dragon’ Bryan Danielson appeared with commentary rationalizing that he did have a match scheduled next on the card.
However, Danielson notably gave Kingston the cold shoulder as he ignored him, instead opting to greet Bryan Keith and raise his hand.
Elsewhere on tonight’s AEW Collision, Bryan Danielson is set to take on CMLL star Hechicero after a rivalry with the Blackpool Combat Club kicked off on Dynamite.
Danielson’s BCC teammate Jon Moxley also teased a potential match with the stars of CMLL.
