Rhea Ripley has reacted to the first look at her throwback character model in the Deluxe Edition of the WWE 2K24 video game.
The WWE 2K24 Deluxe and 40 Years of WrestleMania Editions will be released on March 5, 2024, with the standard edition releasing on March 8.
One of the features of the Deluxe Edition will be Rhea Ripley as she was seen in her WWE NXT days, before she became the darker themed Judgment Day Mami we all know today.
A first look at the character model was shared by the WWE Games Twitter account and can be seen below.
Someone who has seen the post is Ripley herself, who replied on Twitter with:
“Oh. Oh My God…”
Ripley is one of the cover stars for the upcoming video game release, with Cody Rhodes and Bianca Belair also featuring.
She signed with WWE in 2017 and would debut in the inaugural Mae Young Classic going on to become part of the NXT UK roster in 2018.
While her look would quickly evolve in NXT, Ripley had a very different look in 2017, as can be seen below this news story.
The full roster for WWE 2K24 can be seen here, along with associated ratings.
