Two Big Title Changes At AEW Worlds End

Two Big Title Changes At AEW Worlds End AEW

There was a big title change at tonight’s AEW pay-per-view as Adam Copeland picked up his first Championship in AEW.

Daddy’s really home! Leave it to Christian Cage and Adam Copeland to steal the show as AEW Worlds End rolled on.

In a match that saw tables, ladders and chairs (yes, literally) between Adam Copeland and Christian Cage, it would in the end come down to a classic finisher.

Although not the one you might expect as after Adam Copeland would hit Christian Cage’s own finishing move, a Killswitch on him to capture his first championship in AEW.

Adam Copeland officially won the TNT Championship at AEW Worlds End however, the title reign would be shockingly short lived.

While still celebrating, Killswitch appeared behind Adam Copeland and waged a vicious attack.

After having previously won a contract for a TNT Championship match at any time, anywhere earlier in the show, Killswitch appeared to be handing it in when he was interrupted by Christian Cage.

After Killswitch surrended the opportunity to Christian Cage, Cage signed the contract to make another match official as the bell rang and there was an immediate re-match.

With Christian Cage hitting a big spear on Adam Copeland, he would once again become the TNT Champion to end 2023.

Still to come, other hotly anticipated matches on the night featuring the Continental Classic finals between Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston.

In the main event, MJF will defend his AEW World Championship against Samoa Joe.
