Last night on Raw, the Authors of Pain gained a new manager in 205 Live General Manager, Drake Maverick.
Drake, clad in traditional AOP garb, promised to lead both men to the Raw Tag Team Championships now possessed by Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre. Following the acquisition, Akam and Rezar destroyed enhancement talent Keith Thompson and Jimmy James. It’s about time the former NXT duo were given a push.
Maverick replaces the legendary manager Paul Ellering who was fired by the group earlier in the year. It’s yet to be unveiled what plans WWE have for the former director of Legion of Doom.
