Becky Lynch Singles Out 20-Year-Old WWE Star As Future Opponent

The Man Becky Lynch has singled out a 20-year-old NXT star as a potential opponent inside a WWE ring in the future.

In 2023, Lynch finally captured one glaring missing piece of gold from her decorated WWE career; that being the NXT Women’s Championship.

This run on Tuesday nights allowed Lynch to not only tick off another accomplishment, but also allowed her to entrench herself in the next crop of WWE talent rising through the ranks.

When reflecting on her time on the gold brand with Strutting From Gorilla, Lynch would name one young star in particular who she’s keen to keep an eye on; Thea Hail.

Lynch said:

“I think Thea Hail is somebody that I look forward to seeing how she progresses.

“She’s somebody that’s different. She’s got this particular charisma about her that I really like and that I really enjoy so, I’m looking forward to one day stepping in the ring with her too.

Hail has had a breakout year in NXT in 2023; showing she can tie up with the biggest names on the brand during her rivalry with then NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton over the summer.

Since then Hail has adopted a persona with a bit more attitude, thanks to the help of Jacy Jayne.

Unfortunately for Jayne and Hail they have found themselves associated with the ongoing Chase U ‘gambling scandal’ involving Andre Chase in recent weeks.
