Charlotte Flair Kicks Off NXT Vengeance Day

Setting the tone for WWE NXT Vengeance Day tonight, an intro by the Queen herself, NXT legend Charlotte Flair.

While the current WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion wasn’t wrestling, she served as emcee of the opening montage of the show, introducing the competitors and the storylines to audiences.

WWE NXT is on the road for a premium live event for the first time since the pandemic broke out in 2020, coming to Peacock live from the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Tonight five championships are on the line in front of the excited NXT loving crowd.

Kicking off the action, the NXT North American championship is on the line as Wes Lee defends against Dijak.

Grayson Waller will challenge Bron Breakker for the NXT Championship in a Steel Cage Match.

Roxanne Perez will be defending her NXT Women’s Championship against both members of Toxic Attraction, Jacy Jayne and Gigi Dolin in a Triple Threat Match.

New Day is set to defend their championships against Gallus, Pretty Deadly and Chase U in a Fatal Four Way match for the belts.

And finally in a delightful case of ‘how will they co-exist?!’ recent mortal enemies Kiana James and Fallon Henley have to put their differences aside in their quest for gold.

The unlikely duo will be taking on Katana Chance and Kayden Carter for the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships.
