An AEW star namedropped CM Punk for the first time since he was fired on tonight’s Collision going head-to-head with WWE Survivor Series.
With Malakai Black taking to a microphone to let FTR that they are all alone, he had an interesting series of names to illustrate his point.
Telling FTR that there was “No more Cesaro, no more Yuta, no more CM Punk…” the crowd reacted to having heard Punk’s name with gasps.
And of course, he seemingly inadvertently gave Claudio Castagnoli his WWE name in “Cesaro”.
The House of Black mind games didn’t end there as Malakai Black told FTR that the “common misconception is that this place is not the brotherhood that you think it is,” before the lights cut out.
With the lights off, Black laughed in a spooky way before disappearing again.
