Mustafa Wakes The Monster!

There have been some odd wrestling rivalries over the years. This writer is sure we can all name our fair share of therapy-inducing feuds – Tatanka vs Ludvig Borga, Jim Duggan vs Yokozuna… I could go on, but now we can add to that list with Braun Strowman vs Mustafa Ali.

Focussed on his Money in the Bank briefcase and becoming the new WWE Universal Champion – remember it? Big title, red, owned by Brock Lesnar. If anyone sees it, contact Mr. V McMahon at Titan Towers because he can’t find it anywhere – the ‘Monster Among Men’ was sidetracked by a recent tweet.

Cruiserweight sensation Mustafa Ali posted his preparation for a bout with the phenomenal Buddy Murphy on this week’s 205 Live, and, mistakenly, awoke the ‘Monster in the Bank’ with some misplaced words.

Wasting no time, WWE’s resident kaiju responded with a fear inducing retort that set tongues wagging. Unable to leave it, Mustafa fought back in hilarious fashion.

While we won’t see this transpire on television, I am sure everyone would love to see a David vs Goliath Twitter battle for the ages.
