AEW
UPDATE: AEW’s Tony Khan has officially announced Jake Something’s signing, under the name Jake Doyle.
A new AEW signing has been confirmed, following teases ahead of tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite, the first of 2026.
At the beginning of the year, it was reported that a number of TNA contracts were set to expire, among those was Jake Something, who had not yet agreed to a contract extension with the company.
However, it seems that Jake Something didn’t take too long to find a new home, with him seemingly signing with AEW ahead of tonight’s AEW Dynamite.
Jack Perry and JetSpeed were set to team up to face off against The Demand on tonight’s show, but Perry will need to find new partners as the Don Callis Family accepted a bounty on their heads.
The bounty was taken up by Mark Davis and the debuting Jake Something, now going by the name Jake Doyle, with him seemingly joining the Don Callis Family.
It has not yet been confirmed if Jake Something has officially signed a contract with AEW, but we will provide any updates as they become available.
