All Elite Wrestling will present the Blood & Guts 2026 event on Wednesday, November 4 from Jacksonville, Florida.

This show will feature the two-ring steel cage match that has become a staple of the company.

However, there could be several names from the company who might just miss out on this event due to appearing in Japan for the NJPW Power Struggle show the day before.

Here are some AEW stars who might potentially miss the Blood & Guts event.

Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta & Gabe Kidd)

At NJPW King of Pro Wrestling 2026, Jon Moxley appeared in a video to announce that he will be returning to the promotion.

It was then announced that Moxley will team with Wheeler Yuta to face Shingo Takagi and Jeff Cobb of Unbound Co. at NJPW Power Struggle 2026 on November 3.

That show will also include Gabe Kidd defending the IWGP Global Heavyweight Title against Taichi in Hiroshima as well.

While it looks like they will be the centerpiece of the Blood and Guts match, three members of The Death Riders just might miss out on the event that takes place one day later.

Nick Wayne

At AEW WrestleDream 2026, Nick Wayne defeated Jericho for a second time.

Despite picking up momentum over the past month, it looks like Wayne will have some time away from All Elite Wrestling.

“The Prodigy” is set to team with KUSHIDA in the Super Jr. Tag League tournament that started on October 24.

With this tour completing at NJPW Power Struggle 2026 on November 3, Wayne will take part at the event, which might put him behind the eight ball on returning for the November 4 Blood and Guts event.

Will Ospreay

AEW star Will Ospreay

Will Ospreay has been splitting his time between AEW and NJPW for much of 2026.

At NJPW King of Pro Wrestling, Ospreay, HENARE and Great O Khan lost their NEVER Openweight Tag Team Titles to Jeff Cobb and The Knockout Brothers.

After the match, Ospreay got into with Callum Newman before challenging KOB for the IWGP Tag Team Championships.

With KOB picking Newman to be his partner at Power Struggle, AEW Blood and Guts 2026 might not include the current AEW World Champion, who might still be in Japan by the time the event gets underway.
