Following a tag team match on SmackDown in which Toni Storm teamed with Liv Morgan against Zelina Vega and Carmella, Morgan possibly broke Carmella’s nose.
The match ended in a count-out after Liv pushed Carmella into the turnbuckle and possibly broke her nose, leading to a challenge for a match between the two at Extreme Rules.
WWE has since sent out a tweet indicating a match between Morgan and Vega is set for the next edition of SmackDown.
Morgan facing Carmella at Extreme Rules has also been confirmed.

Also set for SmackDown, Shinsuke Nakamura faces Apollo in a match for the intercontinental title.
