The Rock has shared never-before-seen footage of his staredown with Roman Reigns on SmackDown.
On the February 2 edition of WWE SmackDown, The Rock made his return to confront Roman Reigns and seemingly challenge him for WrestleMania 40.
This segment drew a great deal of criticism due to Cody Rhodes winning the 2024 Men’s Royal Rumble Match and seemingly stepping aside for The Rock to face the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
On February 6, “The People’s Champion” took to Instagram to share behind the scenes footage of how he got ready for his staredown with Reigns and hype up this Thursday’s WrestleMania Kickoff press conference. The caption reads:

The Rock, Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes will all be in attendance for the WrestleMania 40 Kickoff press conference.
