More details have been revealed about the new WWE contract signed by top star Drew McIntyre after it was confirmed by The Rock.
After it was announced on Instagram earlier by The Rock, more details have been revealed about the new contract signed by Drew McIntyre.
According to a report from Fightful Select, McIntyre ‘finally’ began the negotiation process back in March and his deal was finalized recently after ‘a lot of back and forth’.
In the end, McIntyre is said to be happy with the results and Fightful learned that it was a ‘multi-year, big money deal’.
McIntyre’s contract news was announced on Instagram by TKO Board Member, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson along with a video of McIntyre being presented a sword.
The Rock signed off on the message with his Final Boss moniker despite his temporary departure from WWE to continue to work on film projects.
In related news, Fightful learned that there are more contracts expected to be finished or announced in the near future.
Other WWE contracts that are reportedly set to expire soon include the likes of Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch.
