The Authors of Pain wanted new competition to face, anyone but Titus Worldwide after beating them twice in recent weeks. This brought out Titus O’Neil , Apollo Crews and Dana Brooke. Apollo cut probably the best promo of his career putting Titus over as a great father and human being. The Authors said that Titus should retire. O’Neil and Crews then attacked Akam and Razar, clearing them out of the ring.
Mojo Rawley beat Tyler Breeze with the Alabama Slam, again.
Last but by no means least, Elias! He’d been constantly interrupted during the show while trying to plug his album but finally got his chance before the Reigns-Lashley bout. Elias gave a shout out to rock band O.A.R. who were in the crowd. Then he began singing ‘Walk With Me’ – one of the four tracks on his album – but stopped, saying he wasn’t “feeling the vibe” and told the Cincinnati crowd they were the “grossest collection of humans” he’d ever seen. He was then interrupted again by Lashley’s entrance.
