A WWE star has shared a new video confirming their upcoming departure from the company and revealing their new ring name.
Earlier today, it was reported that WWE NXT star SCRYPTS (formerly known as Reggie and Reginald) was set to depart the company.
SCRYPTS’ contract is set to expire on June 1, with the company informing him that his deal won’t be renewed and he would become a free agent.
In a video uploaded to Twitter today, SCRYPTS was shown with a box, where he packed up various items from his WWE career, including the 24/7 Championship, the old SCRYPTS mask and his OTM neck chain.
The video ends saying that he would be available starting from June 1.
SCRYPTS has also changed his display name on social media to ‘Sidney Akeem’, which was previously reported to be the believed new ring name he’d use following his departure at the end of next month, seemingly confirming that will be the name he will use outside the company.
SCRYPTS had been the leader of the OTM faction on NXT alongside Lucien Price, Bronco Nima and Jaida Parker.
