A WWE star has reacted to their recent addition into the Queen of the Ring tournament, replacing an injured star.
At WWE Backlash, the Raw brackets for the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments were revealed, with new NXT call-up Lyra Valkyria set for action on the show against Asuka.
However, on last night’s show, Asuka was pulled from the tournament due to injury, with Damage CTRL member Dakota Kai replacing her against Valkyria.
Dakota’s match on Raw took place on her 36th birthday, with it bringing an end to a hectic tour for the company, which saw many WWE stars, including Dakota, compete across six different countries in a week.
Taking to Twitter, Dakota reacted to her addition to the tournament, and the end of a rather busy birthweek for her, simply saying:
Bro, I’m so tired.
Also on last night’s show, IYO SKY and Zoey Stark advanced in the Queen of the Ring tournament, defeating Natalya and Ivy Nile respectively.
The final first round match of Queen of the Ring, Zelina Vega facing Shayna Baszler, will take place this week at a WWE live event.
Bro, I’m so tired.
