According to a report from Fightful, the a large portion of the WWE locker room wants to see the back of Lio Rush after it was reported that Bobby Lashley’s hype man has some serious backstage heat.
Fightful quote their source who says Lio will “be very lucky to be back on the main roster any time soon, if ever.”
We reported over the weekend that Rush had heat backstage, and that there were several possible reasons for the heat, including a possible backstage argument with Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor.
Rush has taken to Twitter to post a long statement in response to these reports, as you can see below:

Some of the stuff that i read after getting tagged in on these “dirtsheets” are ridiculous. But since y’all are recording my every move. Put this one in your newest article for me. Where I’m from, i was taught to value hard work, not complacency…

Push and believe in yourself past expectations other people have made for you. Put your family and god first before anything. Remain humble but stay hungry. Fight for the things you believe in and never apologize for being you. Spread the word. #Heel

If Fightful’s report is accurate, and Fightful has a very good record of accurate backstage news reporting, then it could be curtains for Rush who only recently made a move to the main roster from NXT and 205 Live.
