Seth Rollins and the Fiend have been feuding for at least three centuries, or at least the way WWE has booked the feud has made it feel like that.
Their most recent match was undeniably the most important, as the Fiend was able to defeat Seth at Crown Jewel to win the Universal Championship.
Despite WWE attempting to have him as the babyface in all of this, Seth Rollins has undoubtedly been the heel in the eyes of the fans, who have booed him out of the ring at every opportunity.
According to Fightful Select, WWE was planning on using this as a way to book a double turn for Seth and the Fiend.
We’re told that a follow up match for Saudi Arabia was always planned for Seth Rollins and The Fiend, but originally Saudi Arabia was supposed to be their last one, with a double turn planned.
So, there was supposed to be a double turn in Saudi Arabia, but then another match was planned, so does that mean there is going to be a double turn at their next match?
It would actually make sense, which given WWE’s recent record is quite remarkable, and the fans would definitely get behind it.
Seth is about as popular as Roman was after he defeated the Undertaker at WrestleMania 33 right now, so bringing back heel Seth and his annoying laugh seems like the best idea.
