It has been confirmed WWE has pulled a number of documentaries centered around a major Hall of Famer from the WWE Network.
As noted by PWInsider, a total of six Bret Hart documentaries have been pulled.
They are:
- 2005’s Bret Hart – The Best There Is, the Best There Was, the Best There Ever Will Be
- 2010’s Hart and Soul: Hart Family Anthology.
- 2010’s WWE Top 50 Superstars.
- 2011’s Greatest Rivalries: Bret vs. Shawn.
- 2013’s Bret Hart: The Dungeon Collection.
- 2019’s The Most Powerful Families in Wrestling
The exact reason for this is unknown, but it could have something to do with Hart owning the rights to his matches from the Stampede Wrestling library, some of which were definitely featured in some of the above documentaries.
It’ll be interesting to see if the company just edits out those clips and reuploads the documentaries back onto the Network.
