The WWE Performance Center ‘stalker’ sent a letter to a WWE attorney from jail despite being ordered to have no contact with the company.
The latter was sent from Armando Alejandro Montalvo to WWE attorney Elisa D’Amico on August 3.
Montalvo was arrested on June 22 for trespassing on the Performance Center property. He had been shot at the premises in 2015 but still continued to show up.
WWE is seeking a permanent injunction against Montalvo who trespassed at the PC several times in June, even interacting with Dana Brooke and Lacey Evans.
There is a pre-trial hearing set for November 18 and the trial is set for November 30.
