A confrontation between NJPW faction Bullet Club was teased after AEW stars took shots at the group after AEW Dynamite.
In this week’s Dynamite main event, Kenny Omega and KENTA defeated Lance Archer and Jon Moxley, with an assist from The Good Brothers.
Kenny Omega, Don Callis, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson were asked about Bullet Club at the post-show press conference. While Callis and Omega insisted there were no hard feelings, Callis made it clear that he thought that every person sitting behind that AEW desk was superior.
Noting that Kenny and The Good Brothers’ departures gave opportunities for “mid-card guys” to rise up to totem pole. Although Callis noted that the New Japan wrestlers were their “brothers”, the four men tore into Jay White, Tama Tonga and the rest of Bullet Club.

Last week KENTA shocked the world, ambushing Moxley on Dynamite despite being signed to NJPW. Teaming with Omega on Dynamite this week, the “Forbidden Door” between NJPW and AEW is wide open.
KENTA and Moxley battle for the IWGP US Championship at NJPW New Beginning in USA 2021 on February 26. Taking place 9 days before AEW Revolution 2021, we’ll have to tune in to see if the “Forbidden Door” is open on both sides.
