In recent weeks, we’ve seen reports that WWE management is very keen on NXT stars such as Xyon Quinn and Bron Breakker, and now it looks like another young NXT name is seen as a big star of the future.
According to Dave Meltzer on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE management is excited about the future of Damon Kemp, real name Bobby Steveson, and real life brother of WWE star and Olympic champion Gable Steveson.
Meltzer said:
“Kemp – I know before he even started, him and the Creeds were guys that I was told, and Bron Breakker as well, that those guys were all really hard workers, they’re all gonna make it.”

We already knew WWE were high on the Creed brothers and Bron Breakker, but it’s great to see that another young star is being considered as one of the big names of the future.
Kemp made his NXT debut in December 2021, and has since joined the Diamond Mine. His latest match came against Roderick Strong on this week’s episode of NXT 2.0.
