Finally! Ava has made her cable television debut as The Rock’s daughter competed on USA Network for the first time in in-ring action.
On tonight’s edition of WWE NXT, Ava made her in-ring USA Network debut in mixed tag team action as she teamed with Jagger Reid and Rip Fowler against Ivy Nile and the Creed Brothers of Diamond Mine.
While The Rock’s daughter (real name Simone Johnson) had already seen a televised in-ring debut at the recent NXT premium live event, Stand & Deliver, the event was broadcast on Peacock rather than cable television.
In the final third of the match, finally Ivy Nile got her hands on Ava but when she put her in a submission hold, Ava escaped while Nile opted to then lock the move on Jagger Reid.
However given the WWE rules on mixed matches, Nile couldn’t win via submission by Reid, rather needed Ava.
When the referee’s back was turned, Ava used her Schism mask to headbutt Nile then toss it away to get the pinfall victory for Schism.
