A new report has provided an update on Logan Paul’s involvement in the Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match.
On the June 19 edition of WWE Raw, Logan Paul announced that he would be competing in the Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match at the titular event on July 1.
Per PWInsider Elite (via Wrestling Inc.), Paul had been planned for the men’s ladder match, so his late addition doesn’t reflect any last-minute creative changes for the bout.
The report notes that there hasn’t been any 100% definitive plans for the Men’s Money In The Bank winner. However, there are people behind the scenes pushing for it to be LA Knight’s breakthrough moment.
Knight has been receiving loud crowd reactions for the majority of 2023, so it isn’t surprising that those backstage want to capitalize on this with a Money In The Bank win.
Despite impressing fans and higher-ups alike, LA Knight has still be the victim of inconsistent booking throughout his time on the main roster since last year.
The confirmed lineup for the men’s ladder match is Logan Paul, LA Knight, Santos Escobar, Ricochet, Shinsuke Nakamura, Butch and Damian Priest.
As previously reported, PWInsider reported that they have consistently heard IYO SKY is the frontrunner for the Women’s Money In The Bank winner.
