After an interesting vignette (featuring a literal burial), an AEW star has debuted new heel entrance music.
Find out what AEW star has debuted a new heel entrance theme on tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite (July 18) ahead of a championship bout.
After a vignette aired that appeared to show Jack Perry ‘burying’ the persona of Jungle Boy (shown through him dragging a body wearing his former Jungle Boy boots to a hole in the desert and then filling it), he also debuted a new theme song.
Jungle Boy is apparently no more as Jack Perry made his first entrance to a new theme song, Beethoven’s fifth symphony.
Interesting choice.
A match ensued thereafter and after some referee shenanigans, Jack Perry hit HOOK with the FTW title, apparently “knocking him out” and HOOK was covered for the pin.
Jack Perry has become the sixth ever FTW Champion as well as ended the career undefeated streak of HOOK.
Also set for tonight’s show, MJF and Adam Cole taking on Sammy Guevara and Daniel Garcia to determine which team will get a title shot against FTR.
