A Wisconsin TV weatherman recently paid homage to WWE SmackDown star LA Knight, using the star’s catchphrases on air.
WEAU meteorologist Mike Dandrea has shared a video of himself giving the weather forecast, which has now gone viral.
The video, which you can watch below, Mike used a number of Knight’s popular catchphrases.
The weatherman opened up with the classic ‘let me talk to ya’, before using Knight’s ‘useless as a pair of basketball cleats’ line.
Other lines Mike used included Knight’s ‘nah nah’, and ‘that has my name on it’, a like Knight originally used ahead of Money in the Bank to claim that the briefcase would become his.
Many fans were pushing for Knight to win the Money in the Bank ladder match on July 1, however it was ultimately Damian Priest who unhooked the briefcase.
Recent reports have indicated that WWE wants make sure timing is right before they eventually give Knight a highly anticipated push.
An update has emerged on backstage concerns surrounding WWE’s plans for Knight, which you can read more about right here.
Knight is set to compete in the SummerSlam Battle Royal at this Saturday’s (August 5) event.
