AEW EVP Nick Jackson has shot down rumors about heat with Cody Rhodes, praising the WWE star following All In London 2023.
With Rhodes leaving his position as AEW EVP to return to WWE in February 2022, many fans speculated that backstage issues could have led to Rhodes leaving the promotion he helped to start.
These rumors began to swirl again following the release of Cody Rhodes’ Peacock documentary last month, in which the American Nightmare stated that he left AEW because of a ‘personal issue‘.
AEW was formed off the back of the success of All In, a 2018 independent event produced by several talents, including Cody Rhodes and the Young Bucks.
A second All In event took place last weekend, with AEW taking over Wembley Stadium for All In London, an event which had a paid attendance figure of over 80,000.
Following the show, Nick Jackson took to his Instagram Story to praise a number of individuals following the historic show.
Jackson also chose to give a nod to Cody Rhodes and his contributions to the original event. You can view this post below.
Shooting down any rumors about heat between the two sides, Jackson wrote:
@americanightmarecody, this doesn’t happen without you.
Spoiler alert for the people who say we hate each other. That isn’t true.

At AEW All In London, the Young Bucks unsuccessfully challenged for FTR’s AEW Tag Team Championship.
Dax Harwood has now shared a photo of himself, revealing that he suffered an injury during the bout.
