Roman Reigns has reigned as the WWE Universal Champion for over three years, with him winning the title back at Payback in 2020.
Since then, Reigns has defeated a long list of top stars in the company, including John Cena, Brock Lesnar, Edge, Daniel Bryan and Cody Rhodes.
There have been many predictions about who could eventually be the one to take the title from Reigns, with many believing Cody will finish his story at WrestleMania 40 next year.
However, former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal spoke to SportsKeeda’s WrestleBinge, where he was asked who could be the one to take the title from Reigns.
Jinder said that he believes that the only person who could defeat Reigns is himself when he retires from wrestling.
He said:
“I think the only one that can dethrone Roman Reigns is himself when he retires. That’s my answer. Right now, just so much momentum. He has Paul Heyman in his ear guiding him, and of course his schedule, he only comes around once in a while. He picks his shots. So he has every advantage.”
