Former NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton took part in her first premium live event main event on last night’s NXT No Mercy show in Bakersfield, California.
Tiffany challenged Becky Lynch to a rematch for the title in an Extreme Rules main event.
The match took it’s toll on both women, with Becky taking to Instagram to show off a brutal photo of the injury she suffered in the match, and Tiffany has now reflected on the match.
Taking to Instagram, Tiffany reflected on the match, noting that Becky brought her to another level, saying she will be in the main event of WrestleMania ‘sooner than later’.
She wrote:
Name an assignment I didn’t understand
I’ve always loved the idea of not being what people expect me to be, but tonight was different. The man @beckylynchwwe brought it to me on another level unlike anyone ever has, but I brought it right back, I said what I said and I’m not going anywhere. See you all in the main event of WrestleMania sooner rather than later! Toodles.
With her victory, Becky is set to defend the NXT Women’s Championship against Tegan Nox on tomorrow night’s (October 2) episode of Raw.
