An update has been provided on Becky Lynch’s injury status ahead of the October 9 episode of WWE Raw.
At NXT No Mercy, Becky Lynch defeated Tiffany Stratton in an Extreme Rules Match to retain the NXT Women’s Championship in the main event.
During the course of the bout, Lynch suffered a laceration to her arm that caused her originally scheduled title bout against Tegan Nox on the October 2 WWE Raw to be postponed.
With the match now scheduled for tonight’s show, many fans are wondering what Lynch’s condition will be for the broadcast.
Per PWInsider, the current NXT Women’s Champion has been cleared to perform and wrestle Tegan Nox for the gold on tonight’s WWE Raw.
Lynch posted a photo of the cut on her arm onto her social media over the weekend, which you can see here.
The winner of tonight’s bout will face Lyra Valkyria for the NXT Women’s Championship on the October 24 Halloween Havoc special of WWE NXT.
