Big Bronson Reed has sent a pun of a message to WWE Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER ahead of next week’s Raw.
On November 6, a Fatal 4-Way Match will determine the number 1 contender for the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
Alongside Reed, two former champions will make up the four-way with The Miz and Ricochet being joined by Ivar.
Ivar isn’t a stranger to WWE gold himself, having been a WWE Raw Tag Team Champion and NXT Tag Team Champion.
With Erik, his Viking Raiders teammate, currently injured, Ivar is undergoing a singles push.
Big Bronson Reed is looking beyond the upcoming match though, with his sights firmly on Gunther.
On Twitter, Reed send a pun of a message to the longest reigning WWE Intercontinental Champion, referencing their recent match which Gunther won, writing:
“I gotta run it back and beat the ring general, beat that GUNT!”
Reed is a former WWE NXT North American Champion and returned to WWE in December 2022.
His previous run in the company saw him sign in January 2019, working in NXT until his release in August 2021.
I gotta run it back and beat the ring general, beat that GUNT! https://t.co/tByanSjwaK
