WWE star Akira Tozawa has celebrated a big career milestone ahead of his singles match on Monday’s (November 6) edition of Raw.
On this week’s show, Tozawa will go one-on-one with another Japanese star, Shinsuke Nakamura.
The two stars have more than just their nationality in common, with both names signing with WWE in 2016.
Tozawa has now celebrated the anniversary of him moving to the US, with the Raw star noting that he has now been in America for seven years.
Taking to Twitter, Tozawa wrote:
Tomorrow’s the big day. 7 years ago on this day I came to United States.
I will show you THE POWA OF TOZAWA!!!!
ARIGATOOOO!!!!! #WWERaw #アベマでWWE
Tozawa made his WWE debut in the 2016 Cruiserweight Classic tournament, winning his first two matches before getting eliminated in the quarter-finals by eventual finalist Gran Metalik.
This week’s edition of Raw could be a significant one, with spoilers emerging on several NXT stars who are scheduled to be at the show.
