Three NXT stars were officially called up to WWE Raw during a backstage segment on tonight’s show where they were seen signing contracts with the red brand.
After their star-making appearance on last week’s episode of WWE Raw, the Creed Brothers (Brutus and Julius Creed), as well as Ivy Nile, were shown in a backstage segment this week with General Manager Adam Pearce.
As the trio all had leather-bound folders in their hands, announcing that they’ve officially signed on to join the WWE Raw roster, Adam Pearce seemed pleased with his acquisitions.
Later in the segment DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) joined the group and were happy to see them on the WWE Raw main roster.
Noting they had been waiting, they challenged the Creeds to a match which took place during Raw.
In the end, Ludwig Kaiser popped up out of nowhere to deliver a big kick to the head of Johnny Gargano, one week after DIY had beaten Imperium.
After that, the Creeds dropped Gargano with a big Brutus Ball, picking up their second main roster victory in as many weeks.
Elsewhere on Raw tonight, Nile will be part of a #1 contender battle royal (update: Zoey Stark won the battle royal, Ivy Nile made it to the final four), and in other NXT-related news, Meta-Four appeared in a match taped for WWE Main Event before Raw went on the air.
