Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley has teased a match against WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY.
IYO SKY recently celebrated her 100th day as champion, after cashing in her Money in the Bank contract on Bianca Belair at SummerSlam.
SKY is not the only champion of WWE’s women’s division, as Rhea Ripley reminded her on Twitter.
Commenting on SKY’s photo of herself with the WWE Women’s Title, Ripley wrote:
Take it easy…
Rhea Ripley became champion after defeating Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Title at WrestleMania 39 in April.
She was the last holder of that title as it was replaced by the Women’s World Championship in June.
While champions have faced off at Survivor Series events in the past, IYO SKY appears to be set to compete in the women’s WarGames match at this year’s event.
Ripley already has a title defence scheduled for the November 25 show, as she’s set to put her gold on the line against Zoey Stark.
