WWE star Bobby Lashley has criticized the booking of part-time champions in the company in a recent interview.
With Kayla Braxton interviewing Butch backstage for the SmackDown LowDown, he was interrupted by the arrival of Bobby Lashley.
Lashley wondered why she was talking to him when she should be talking about the fact that there are no titles on SmackDown.
He cited that the Street Profits had one opportunity to bring the WWE Tag Team Championship to SmackDown and they were cheated by Judgment Day.
Lashley has a point as with the Undisputed WWE Championship on Roman Reigns and the United States Championship on Logan Paul, who are both part-time, and the tag titles on Judgment Day who primarily work on Raw, there are a distinct lack of titles on SmackDown.
IYO SKY represents as SmackDown’s sole full-time champion as the WWE Women’s Champion.
However when Butch responded – telling Lashley he wasn’t just going to mug him off like that because Brutes or not, he was always ready for a fight – he was dismissed by Lashley.
Bobby Lashley put his hand in the air and waved to Butch saying “Make a name for yourself kid before you talk to me.”
Butch appeared on the SmackDown LowDown this week, where he was asked about the apparent trouble in paradise between himself and Holland.
Butch said that he doesn’t know what is going on with Ridge, and that he also hasn’t heard from Sheamus in months.
