A new report has revealed former WWE star Mustafa Ali is set to headline against Chris Sabin at tonight’s TNA pay-per-view.
After being released from WWE in September 2023, Mustafa Ali became a free agent following the end of his 90-day non compete clause. Since then, he has hit the ground running appearing across multiple promotions.
In January, Ali announced that he will be making his TNA debut and set his sights on the X-Division Championship.
The company went on to announce that Chris Sabin will defend his title against Ali on February 23 at TNA No Surrender 2024.
Per PWInsider, the Ali vs. Sabin X-Division Title match will headline tonight’s No Surrender event from New Orleans.
This is the start of a huge weekend of matchups for Mustafa Ali. He will face Kevin Knight at the TNA Bayou Blast TV taping on February 24.
Then, Ali will face TNA’s Speedball Mike Bailey in a first-time ever matchup on February 25 at Prestige Wrestling.
WrestleTalk will provide any news and notes from tonight’s TNA No Surrender show when they become available.
