WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H has thanked Perth, Australia following yesterday’s Elimination Chamber event.
WWE held the final premium live event before WrestleMania 40, Elimination Chamber, in Perth, Australia yesterday, which saw the road to WrestleMania become clearer.
The show was headlined by Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley defending her title against Nia Jax in her home country, confirming her match with Becky Lynch at WrestleMania.
Following the show, Triple H has taken to Twitter to thank Perth, and everyone who helped make the show possible.
He said:
Huge thank you to everyone who made the past week possible.
From an incredible venue in @OptusStadium, to a warm welcome from @WestAustralia, to the 52,090 members of the @WWEUniverse who brought it all to life…
#WWEChamber : Perth was unforgettable.
Becky Lynch and Drew McIntyre came out on top in their respective Elimination Chamber matches to earn shots at the Women’s World and World Heavyweight Championships at WrestleMania.
