Paul Heyman has addressed his “incomplete” career ahead of his Hall of Fame induction as part of the Class of 2024.
WWE has now confirmed that Heyman will be honored at this year’s Hall of Fame ceremony, ahead of WrestleMania 40.
In the original report about Heyman’s Hall of Fame induction by Dan Gelston of the Associated Press, there were comments from Paul Heyman who had reflected on his career and Hall of Fame announcement.
Believing that he’s nowhere near done, Heyman said:
“I consistently feel like I’m just getting started, and I’m just figuring this out.
“To me, what is an incomplete body of work, because there’s still things I want to accomplish, I never felt comfortable accepting that is a reflection upon an entire career.”
Many fans had called for Heyman to be given his flowers this year, with WrestleMania and the Hall of Fame ceremony taking place in Philadelphia, the previous home of ECW.
Heyman currently acts at the Special Counsel for WWE Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns and the Bloodline faction.
