The first look at the new AEW Dynamite set ahead of tonight’s show has been revealed, featuring the new show logo.
AEW held it’s Revolution pay-per-view event on Sunday, March 3, which featured the retirement of the Icon, Sting.
Ahead of the show, AEW revealed the new logo for the show, which is set to debut on tonight’s show, along with a new set for the program.
Per Sports Illustrated, the first look at the new set for Dynamite has been revealed, which you can see below.
The stage features a curved titantron similar to that used by WWE for Raw back in 2017 and 2018, as well as the return of the face and heel tunnels made famous during Dynamite’s early years.
In the article from Sports Illustrated, Tony Khan referred to tonight’s AEW Dynamite show as the first of a ‘new era’ of the company following Sting’s retirement.
He said:
“Tonight is the perfect time, especially coming off an amazing AEW Revolution. In many ways, it was the end of one chapter and the beginning of a new one. Sting ended his phenomenal three-year run in AEW and the most iconic career in wrestling, going out on the highest of notes as an undefeated AEW tag team champion.
“So tonight is the start of a new era, and people are going to be very excited when they see this new set on Dynamite.”
