Former five-time WWE World Champion CM Punk has shared an update on his recovery following a torn triceps injury.
At WWE Royal Rumble 2024, CM Punk competed in his first match for the company in 10 years when he was eliminated last in the Men’s Rumble.
However, Punk also suffered a torn triceps injury after receiving the Future DDT from Drew McIntyre.
On March 20, CM Punk posted a video on his Instagram story showing himself in rehab training without the brace on his injured triceps. Doing a unique arm exercise, he wrote:
“Getting goofy today. Let’s Go!”
This is a great sight for many fans hoping for a speedy recovery for “The Second City Saint.”
CM Punk is set to make his return to WWE programming on the March 25 episode of Monday Night Raw in his hometown of Chicago.
