Another big match has been added to WrestleMania 40 weekend as another title bout was revealed for WWE NXT Stand & Deliver.
On tonight’s WWE NXT, there were a couple of matches that seemed to have Stand & Deliver implications.
In the opening bout, Dijak beat Shawn Spears and was later on commentary for Josh Briggs taking on Duke Hudson.
After Briggs beat Hudson and there was a face off between Dijak and Briggs, North American Champion Oba Femi appeared to make a big announcement.
Oba Femi informed both Dijak and Josh Briggs that he intended to beat them at Stand & Deliver on the day of WrestleMania night one, confirming a three-way match for the WWE NXT North American Championship.
It was then shortly thereafter confirmed by commentary that the match was made official by NXT GM, Ava.
Elsewhere on tonight’s WWE NXT, Ridge Holland announced that he’s “stepping away from in-ring competition indefinitely”.
