John Cena made an appearance on tonight’s WWE Raw after WrestleMania 40 when he popped up in order to help an old pal.
Or rather, someone who notably admired Cena as a child… or so he says!
In a segment on tonight’s WWE Raw, the Judgment Day was in the ring to celebrate Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley’s wins at WrestleMania 40.
R-Truth invited himself to the Judgment Day’s championship celebration in the ring, reminding the faction that he actually brought gold back to the faction after WrestleMania.
He would go on to introduce his fellow WWE Raw Tag Team Champion the Miz and there would go on to be a 3 on 2 handicap match after Truth promised that their partner would be ‘the man no one could see’.
The match was indeed three-on-two for the first segment of the match with the Miz and R-Truth in a dire spot going into the commercial break.
The invisible man however would appear after the break as John Cena’s entrance theme hit and he joined the match just in time for a big hot tag from Miz.
The Miz, R-Truth and John Cena would go on to deliver a three-man stereo Five Knuckle Shuffle and Attitude Adjustments into a triple pin.
The team of Awesome Truth and John Cena picked up the win.
